Further, these bunk offices are dense and simple to install. Our bunk house is also facilitating with all the facilities such as proper lighting, aeration and air conditioner. Bank House is accurate fabricated at our facilities using quality tested steel and are accordingly welded to provide better stability. The shell is fabricated using tested quality steel, which is duly welded. The complete unit comprises a base frame, peripheral structure, self draining roof, entry doors and windows as per clients’ requirement. Bunk House is designed custody in mind the requirement of an ideal house, which include proper ventilation, space and a good-looking of center.

PRODUCTSPECIFICATIONS

FLOORINGS:
4" x 2" Pinewood Members used for Platform framework on which 19mrnWater Proof Ply {Bison board) is mounted. Bottom of the platform is protectedwith Bituminous Water Proofing Coating, load capacity of platform is 100 kg./Sq. Feet.

WALLS:
Seasoned pinewood & Malaysian salwood is used for side wall framework andcladded with Water Proof Ply, Eco Board, Bison Board.

ROOF:
Precoated galvanised sheeting mounted on wooden framework on outer side. Innerside mounted with Water Proof Ply. sufficient slope of roof is for easy flow ofwater.

DOORS:
Waterproof Flush Doors  with 3 dimensional door skin on flush door as wellas providing FRP Doors with extra charges as applicable. Doors lockable withhand ra
