Our Security cabins are a portable cabin that is calculated from better quality and raw material and in conformation with the industry standards. Material used while manufacturing such construction is in tandem with market standards.
PRODUCTSPECIFICATIONS
FLOORINGS:
4" x 2" Pinewood Members used for Platform framework on which 19mrnWater Proof Ply {Bison board) is mounted. Bottom of the platform is protectedwith Bituminous Water Proofing Coating, load capacity of platform is 100 kg./Sq. Feet.
WALLS:
Seasoned pinewood & Malaysian salwood is used for side wall framework andcladded with Water Proof Ply, Eco Board, Bison Board.
ROOF:
Precoated galvanised sheeting mounted on wooden framework on outer side. Innerside mounted with Water Proof Ply. sufficient slope of roof is for easy flow ofwater.
DOORS:
Waterproof Flush Doors with 3 dimensional door skin on flush door as wellas providing FRP Doors with extra charges as applicable. Doors lockable withhand rap. Door size 6'.6" x 2'.6" (can also be customised).
WINDOWS:
Sizes 3' x 3' / 3' x 2'.6" / 3' x 3' / 4' x 3' / 2.6' x 2' / M.S. Powdercoated (Aluminum sliding windows optional).
HEIGHT:
Double slope 8 - 10 feet from centre and 7 - 8 Feet from sides, depending onthe size of the cabin.
PAINTS:
Interior & Exterior wall finished one coat of wood primer and putty andtwo coats of synthetic enamel paints.
MOUNTINGS:
Mounted on 8" x 6" x 4" cement blocks foundation.
